It also has useful information explaining many of the Trust Funds forms and procedures required from Laborers, their Dependents/Beneficiaries, or their Employers.

You can also conduct a search for the availability of major hospital-medical plans offered by the Trust Funds within your local area. Finally, there is a schedule of our Benefit Representative’s regular visits to Local Union Offices (contact your Local Union Office or our Customer Service Section for appointment information).
