The business
hours for both campuses are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to
4 PM, but may vary,
based on the actual training courses scheduled for a given day.
Important Note for Training Center Students: Traffic
at both campuses is unpredictable and often congested. Please
leave yourself plenty of extra travel time. Registration closes
at 7 AM -- no
one will be admitted after 7 AM.
If you are visiting either of the Training Center's facilities,
please call ahead to ensure that a member of our training staff
will be available to meet you when you visit.
The Training Center's main campus is nestled in the hills to the west of the city of San Ramon, north of the intersection of Interstate Highways 680 and 580. Please view the map and directions (below) to our facility:
Take the ALCOSTA BOULEVARD WEST exit off Interstate Highway 680.
After you cross the intersection at San Ramon Valley Boulevard, the road changes to Westside Drive.
Stay in the straight-ahead lane and look on your left for the large sign and gate leading to the Training Center.
Proceed up the hill to Administration Building (on the left).
Limited public transportation service is available to the Training Center in San Ramon.
The Dublin/Pleasanton
BART station operates the “Number 121” bus
to San Ramon Valley Boulevard, with stops near the Training Center.
Public transportation routes and schedules change frequently, so it is strongly advised to contact transit providers for the latest information.

The Training Center’s West Sacramento satellite campus is located in the “Port of Sacramento” district,
near the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Industrial Boulevard.
Please view the map and directions (below) to our facility:
Take the HARBOR BOULEVARD exit off of U.S. 50/Business 80 towards Harbor Boulevard/Port of Sacramento.
Continue on Harbor Boulevard for approximately a half mile. At the Industrial Boulevard intersection at the entrance to the Port, make a right and continue a half mile on Industrial.
The entrance to the “Laborers’ Training Center” is
on your left at a yellow pole gate. Follow the signs to the Administration
Building.
